Sebaceous carcinoma (SC) is a rare type of cancer that aggressive which develops from the sebaceous glands and can impair patients’ visual acuity. It usually arises periorbital area, commonly affects in eyelid. This study discusses lacrimal gland with endophthalmitis. The patient was 53-year-old Javanese man came chief complaint no vision his left eye, painlessness nowadays, previous medical history, slowly progressive swelling mass on outer aspect upper eyelid for year duration. On examination, there light perception eye 6/7, 5 right eye. tumor rock hard fixed palpation, caused partial ptosis, displaced globe anteromedially, impaired ocular motility. There also massive chemosis ptosis corneal damage by histopathological examination found composed nests cuboidal columnar cells proliferation round core cells, pleomorphic, hyperchromatic, vacuole cytoplasm, prominent nuclei, arranged solid structure without lymphovascular invaded. final diagnosis gland. took excision surgery followed orbital evisceration due to endophthalmitis post-operative radiotherapy as an alternative treatment. extremely rare. are specific treatments, it difficult further best treatment its incidence. has so far been treated surgical after.
